Our Family Practitioner options

Are you looking for additional support with vulnerable children and families?

In response to demand, we are now offering a Family Practitioner role within TraCS, which can be a vital addition to further support you in your work with vulnerable children and families.

The Family Practitioner role can work directly with educators and families on a range of identified issues impacting on children such as:

Referrals for community support including housing, GP, NDIS
Poor attendance or engagement with kinder or school
Transition to school
Grief and loss
Family violence
Poor parental mental health
Parental substance addiction
Child protection involvement
Placement in out of home care.

The TraCS Family Practitioner role has been designed to complement the TraCS Consultant role. Subject to discussion about your needs, the Family Practitioner service may be purchased separately.
