Underpinning the core principles of the TraCS model is our suite of Trauma Informed Practice training sessions. These are designed to be delivered alongside our consultancy service to provide a common language, framework and foundation to understanding trauma.
We recognise that training is an important aspect of providing educators access to an increased understanding of trauma and its impact on the development and wellbeing of children. Through the delivery of an interactive and reflective model of learning, the TraCS Trauma in the Early Years training brings core concepts together with the direct practice and experience of educators to embed this knowledge and build a pathway to practice.
