On the 28th of April 1996 a tragedy occurred at Port Arthur in Tasmania. On this day 35 people lost their lives and many more were injured. It was a day that changed our nation forever.
The Alannah & Madeline Foundation invite you to join Walter Mikac, Founding Patron of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, John Bertrand AM, Chairman of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation and community leaders and survivors of Port Arthur, to commemorate the lives affected by violence on that day.
