Simply choose something that everyone can get involved in and ask your team, manager or customers to make a donation.

Fundraising Steps

Choose your activity – casual Friday, morning tea bake off challenge or office talent quest – the options are endless!

Scope your event – set yourself a budget, target, location and date.

Make it official – contact to gain approval and receive your Letter of Authority to Fundraise.

Promote your workplace fundraising –share your activity with your staff and customers. Ask your networks to support you (you’ll be surprised how generous people can be). Showcase your organisation’s commitment to keeping children safe from violence.

FUNdraise – this is the fun part. Host your activity, have fun, raise awareness, collect donations and take lots of photos!

Share your success – get in touch with us and let us know how you went. We love to hear all about your workplace fundraising activities. We provide each of our amazing fundraisers with a Certificate of Appreciation and love to share your stories with our supporters.    

Below are 20 workplace fundraising ideas for how you can support us in our 20th year:

  1. Create a casual Friday collection tin
  2. Host a client golf day
  3. Host an all staff morning tea
  4. Start a team personal fitness challenge
  5. Wear purple lipstick, nail polish or eye shadow
  6. Charge 20c for printing for a day
  7. Sell chocolates or Lollies
  8. Create a bake off challenge amongst teams
  9. Host a trivia night
  10. Host a footy jumpers day
  11. Sell Foundation merchandise like lapel pins or t-shirts
  12. Get a team together to join our Cambodia Challenge
  13. Share Alannah and Madeline’s story and send an email asking for donations
